No unauthorized returns. Merchandise must be in its original condition with all packaging material and is not damaged, used, or altered in any way. Any claim must be made within 7 days after delivery date. Delivery date will be the date recorded by the carrier that made the delivery. Special items and custom orders do not qualify for returns. All orders that are picked up directly from our warehouse are not eligible for returns. If return has been authorized, returning merchandise must be post marked within 7 days of authorized date. Shipping charges are non-refundable, both forward and returns. All returns subject to 30% restocking fee.
