As a wholesale company, we are trade-only and sell business-to-business (B2B). Whether walk-in or online, our customers need a valid business license, resale license, or sellers permit in order to be set up in our system. All information and documentation are verified carefully, and usually processed within 24 hours. Upon approval, confirmation will be sent to the email provided. These wholesale practices allow us to provide our buyers with exclusive industry deals.
Please view our online catalog, where we continually update our newest arrivals! To ensure buyers have access to the latest products, we do not offer paper catalogs, as they quickly become outdated.
Our artificial floral, plants and decor are primarily designed for indoor use; however they have been successfully used by some of our buyers to enhance outdoor spaces. Note that exposure to sunlight and weather may cause fading or wear over time. Please take extra precautions to protect items from damage if they will be outdoors for long periods of time.
Due to overwhelming requests, we are not able to send any samples. Your best bet would be to buy the minimum quantity of a product to test as needed.
Ordering is simple. Approved buyers may request a quote anytime - by phone, email, or through our website 24/7 - and a dedicated account manager will respond quickly to assist. When you’re ready, place the order by phone during business hours or by email anytime. First-time orders start at just $200, with $100 minimums for reorders. Many products also have low minimum quantities, making it easy to get exactly what you need.
We stock items in quantities ranging from hundreds to thousands, allowing us to handle orders of any size. All products are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you require a specific quantity, please contact us - we’ll be happy to make arrangements to meet your needs!
Multiple convenient payment methods are accepted, including authorized credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX), cash, bank wire transfers, Zelle, and cashier’s checks. For the fastest processing, we recommend credit card or Zelle, which allows your order to be filled and shipped immediately. Orders paid by cashier’s check will ship after payment is received and cleared. Personal checks are not accepted. Kindly note, credit or terms are not available at this time - all orders are fulfilled once payment has been processed.
Quick turnarounds are our priority! Confirmed orders are typically processed the same business day and shipped the following business day. Transit times vary by location, carrier schedules, and holidays. Once your order is processed, we can provide an estimated delivery date for your convenience.
